form to the Allegan County Treasurer's Office. This may be
completed by mail; fee and address are on the application.

the Felt Estate Form (to become a member of Friends of
the Felt Estate, and support the restoration project. All
donations to this fund are tax-deductible.)

Unit Development) Application -- to submit this form
directly to the Township, follow these steps: 1. Fill in
the form; 2. Go to the File menu, and select "attach to

Variance
Application (for Zoning Board of Appeals to authorize a
variance from the zoning ordinance)
Dog License
Application Form (This is a county form. You may print
it from this site, and mail it in to the county. The
township, however, does not issue dog licenses.)
